The fastest, easiest, most secure way to purchase one of my paintings is to use
PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account set up, you can open an account by going to
www.paypal.com. Most credit cards are accepted.
If you would like to purchase a painting using a check or money order, please contact
me via email at cecilia@artbycecilia.com and I will give you my mailing address. At the
present time, I will only ship items within the United States.
Please understand that all paintings/artwork sold on this website are non-refundable
and cannot be exchanged. So please choose carefully.
